Helpdesk engineer is the first contact to response any ICT request, they play very important roles to show ICT professional service. The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution. This will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolved problems at the first point of contact and/or escalating the fault to level-2 engineer to investigate and resolve. Essential Requirements: 1. Familiar with windows 10/Server 2012/Sever 2016/MAC OS. Skills, knowledge, and successful experience of current versions of MS Office Windows/MAC versions, Adobe and other application software 2. Ability to work independently, proactive and learning initiative; interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit 3. A keen interest in networking and WAN technology 4.
