【Job Responsibilities】 1. Identify and develop new clients across multiple industries, with focus on FMCG, retail, manufacturing, chemicals, and automotive sectors. 2. Oversee end-to-end regional business development processes including logistics solution design, account management, quotation, account penetration, and value-added services. 3. Drive achievement of sales targets through new client acquisition and existing account penetration. 4. Collaborate with operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and lead full-cycle client audit programs. 5. Provide sales support, R&D collaboration, and marketing enablement for global business expansion and account management teams. 6. Actively participate in industry summits, professional associations, and relevant business meetings. 7. Bachelor's degree or higher (all majors accepted) 2. 3-5 years' experience in domestic/international logistics; contract logistics expertise preferred 3. Bilingual Proficiency: Native Mandarin Chinese + fluent business English 4. 3+ years in BD/client management with cross-industry experience, including multimodal transport solutions (road/rail/air/international freight) 5. Strong financial analysis and market assessment capabilities; experience in market segmentation/pricing strategy preferred; supply chain procurement background advantageous 6. Excellent verbal/written communication skills with proven cross-functional collaboration ability
