Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the administration of the quality management system, including document control, KPI of QMS monitoring, management review and TOOLS management to satisfy with regulatory requirements and standards such as applicable ISO standards.
2.Build up and maintain the quality systems to ensure it complies with AS9100’s requirement and relevant certification availability.
3.Maintain and improve the quality systems to ensure it complies with CCAR21/CCAR23/CCAR91 ’s requirement and relevant certification availability.
4.Leading and make sure company passes all audits, both internal and external audits such as for customer, regulatory, AS9100, CAAC and OEM, to ensure compliance to customer, regulatory, AS9100, CAAC and company quality requirements. Also responsible for all the follow up corrective and preventive actions till all closed.
5.Conduct assistant to the manufacturing and product & supplier quality management to improve Quality and Manufacturing processes.
6.Be responsible for company QMS continual improvements with Six Sigma and lean approach.
7.All other tasks reasonably assigned by the organization.
Qualifications Required
1.BA/BS Technical or Business Degree or Equivalent Experience
2.Minimum 5 years of quality experience in aviation industry.
3.Experience in establishing Quality Management Systems
4.Knowledge in aviation industrial standards, rules and regulations.
5.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, heavily matrix environment
6.Fluency in English both in verbal and written
7.AS9100 Internal auditor certificate and strong internal/external audit skill and experience
Qualifications Desired
1.CAAC Part 21/23/91 and AMD Quality system experience preferred,
2.Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global workforce
3.Master degree in Engineering or Bachelor degree on quality/safety is preferred
4.Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred
5.Strong oral and written communication skills
6.Analytical and problem solving skills
7.Results driven and self-directed
