The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating innovative architectural solutions. You will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop concept designs, and contribute to all phases of the design process.
【主要職責 Key Responsibilities】
1. 為住宅、商業(yè)、酒店等多種項目類型提供建筑概念方案、初步設計及深化圖紙； Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
2. 運用設計軟件制作高質量的2D/3D圖紙、效果圖及匯報文件；Produce high-quality 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
3. 與工程師、顧問及客戶協作優(yōu)化設計方案； Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to refine design solutions.
4. 參與現場踏勘與設計評審，確保項目落地符合設計意圖； Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure project alignment with design intent.
【任職要求 Qualifications & Skills】
1. 教育背景： Education - 建筑學或相關專業(yè)本科/碩士學歷； Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. 工作經驗： Experience - 2年以上建筑設計工作經驗； 2+ years of professional architectural design experience.
3.需提交體現設計能力與技術實力的作品集； Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and technical proficiency.
4. 熟練使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Revit、Rhino及Adobe創(chuàng)意套件； Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5.掌握BIM工作流及渲染軟件（D5,Lumion etc.）者優(yōu)先； Experience with BIM workflows and rendering software (D5,Lumion etc.) is a plus.
6.語言要求：英語流利（書面及口語），掌握中文者更佳。 Fluent in English (written and spoken). Chinese language skills are a bonus.
