職位描述

出貨檢驗(yàn)(OQC)成品檢驗(yàn)(FQC)跟單QC貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
工作職責(zé):
1、進(jìn)入客戶系統(tǒng)對(duì)正在生產(chǎn)的訂單進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)盤點(diǎn)。
2、與工作團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通客戶生產(chǎn)訂單品質(zhì)各項(xiàng)要求的熟悉和掌握。
3、進(jìn)入工廠群組傳達(dá)客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的要求及注意事項(xiàng)。
4、生產(chǎn)完成后,進(jìn)行貨物驗(yàn)收,出具QC檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告給客戶。
5、根據(jù)客戶要求進(jìn)行成品的驗(yàn)收及二次檢查。
6、監(jiān)督貨物裝箱,按客戶要求進(jìn)行裝箱。
7、完成其他與品質(zhì)檢查有關(guān)的事項(xiàng)。
operating duty:
1. Enter the customer system to track and inventory the orders currently in production.
2. Familiarity and mastery of customer production order quality requirements through communication with the work team.
3. Enter the factory group to convey customers' requirements and precautions for product quality.
4. After production is completed, the goods are inspected and a QC inspection report is issued to the customer.
5. Conduct acceptance and secondary inspection of finished products according to customer requirements.
6. Supervise the packing of goods and pack them according to customer requirements.
7. Complete other tasks related to quality inspection.


任職條件:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,國(guó)際貿(mào)易類、企業(yè)管理類、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷類專業(yè)。
2、2年以上外貿(mào)質(zhì)檢工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),會(huì)使用ERP、MONDEY或其他系統(tǒng)。
3、能用英文與客戶交流,有較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)溝通能力。
4、熟練使用辦公軟件,包括:excel、word、powpoint等辦公軟件。
5、掌握質(zhì)檢流程、品檢特征及品質(zhì)控制規(guī)范。
6、能適應(yīng)不定期出差。
7、愿意前往工廠做品質(zhì)驗(yàn)收。
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in international trade, enterprise management, or marketing.
2. More than 2 years of experience in foreign trade quality inspection, proficient in using ERP, MONDEY or other systems.
3. Capable of communicating with clients in English and possessing strong English communication skills.
4. Proficient in using office software, including Excel, Word, Powpoint, and other office software.
5. Master the quality inspection process, inspection characteristics, and quality control standards.
6. Can adapt to irregular business trips.
7、Willing to travel to factory’s.
