A brief summary of the position as below:
The logistics operator manages the materials warehouse within the production department, reporting directly to the production manager. Responsibilities include accounts for material receipt, inventory counting, and outbound shipments, as well as monitoring inventory levels. The role entails overseeing daily warehouse operations such as 5S implementation, visual management, and safety. Additionally, supports the production manager in executing other administrative tasks.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
Responsible for the daily management of spare parts warehouses, chemical storage areas, PPE storage areas, and other facilities, including but not limited to inspections, 5S implementation, and visual management;
Oversee the receipt, inventory, stocktaking, and issuance processes for spare parts, chemicals, office supplies, and PPE to ensure accurate inventory records;
Monitor and manage inventory levels of direct and indirect production materials, issue timely alerts, coordinate replenishment, and ensure uninterrupted production
Develop management procedures for warehouses and materials
Support production departments in developing records/forms to enhance data-driven management
Manage factory warehouse materials using ERP systems
Conduct periodic fixed asset inventories and support asset acceptance/retirement processes
Accept and support other tasks assigned by superior
Education and/or Experience
Associate degree or higher
At least 3 years warehouse management experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Skilled in Excel Excel
Skilled in other office software
ERP (SAP 金碟)
English ability (can work with english)
Communication skills and teamwork
Self-disciplined, honest & a can-do attitude.

物流作業(yè)員在生產(chǎn)部門內(nèi)進行物資庫房的管理,直接匯報對象為生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理。主要負責物資的收貨/盤點/出庫的賬目管理和庫存監(jiān)控。負責庫房的5S,目視化以及安全等日常管理工作。同時支持生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理做好部門內(nèi)的其他管理工作。
為成功完成該崗位的工作,員工需完成如下崗位職責:
遵守斯堪尼亞安全環(huán)境職業(yè)健康及質(zhì)量方針
負責備件庫/化學(xué)品庫/勞保庫等庫房的日常管理,包含但不限于巡檢、5S、目視化等;
負責備件/化學(xué)品/辦公及勞保用品的收貨/存貨/盤點/出庫等流程作業(yè),確保賬物一致;
負責生產(chǎn)直接和間接物資的庫存監(jiān)控和管理,及時預(yù)警并協(xié)調(diào)補貨,保障正常生產(chǎn);
負責制定庫房/物資等管理流程;
支持生產(chǎn)部門開發(fā)記錄/表單等,提高數(shù)據(jù)化管理水平;
負責利用ERP對工廠的庫房物資進行管理;
負責固定資產(chǎn)的定期盤點,支持固定資產(chǎn)的驗收、報廢等;
接受并支持上級交代的其他工作。
教育及經(jīng)驗要求

知識及技能要求
